Daria Cojocar

Daria Cojocar illustrates people, experiences, feelings, creatures and nature in unexpected forms and contexts, with organic textures and bold lines. Everything is intentional in her visual universe, from the techniques, textures, colors, shapes and lines to the subject itself.

Daria Cojocar (b. 2001) is an illustrator and a hand poked tattoo artist based in Bucharest, Romania. Being an UNArte Graphic Design graduate, she approaches themes such as diversity, absurdity and satire. Besides freelance illustrating and tattooing, she's volunteering for two community supported zines as an illustrator and layout designer. Daria's work is meant to entice, intrigue and be relatable to the viewer, through irony, reflection or distorted perceptions of ourselves and our surroundings.
