USE OF WORKS OF ART
Pogo Gallery has created an online store to facilitate the acquisition of works of art created by emerging artists. Despite the considerable efforts that have been made to make these product images published on our website match the original products in terms of color, slight deviations and / or differences may be detected when comparing images with the original product. This may be related, for example, to technical aspects such as your Internet browser or computer settings. Accordingly, Pogo Gallery cannot undertake responsibility for any apparent differences in the product image displayed on website and the original products.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
None of the written content, graphic content, images existing on www.pogo-gallery.com can be downloaded without Pogo Gallery’s prior consent. We respect the intellectual property of our artists and ask you to do the same.
You acknowledge and agree that our website may contain content or features that are protected by copyright or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Pogo Gallery, you agree not to modify, copy, frame, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on all content found on www.pogo-gallery.com.
DELIVERY
We want to ensure the best packaging and transport conditions for your work of art, so that for Romania we estimate a delivery period of 5-7 days, and for international deliveries up to 30 days, depending on the destination. Also, you can pick-up your work of art from our gallery directly – 101, Calea Grivitei, Bucharest.
(RO) Dorim să asigurăm cele mai bune condiții de ambalare și transport pentru produsele pe care le cumperi, astfel încât, în cazul în care transmitem lucrările de artă prin curier, estimăm o perioadă de 5-7 zile, iar pentru livrările internaționale, maxim 30 de zile, perioada variind în funcție de destinație. De asemenea, puteți să ridicați produsul cumpărat și în mod direct de la sediul galeriei din Calea Griviței, 101, București.
RETURN
Returns must be made no later than 14 days from the time of receiving the products. These will be delivered by courier to the gallery’s address: Calea Griviței 101, Bucharest. The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer. Purchased items must be returned in original packaging with original tags. Goods bearing traces of wear, which have been used, worn or damaged will be not permitted for return. Therefore, products are to be returned in original condition and in original, undamaged packaging. The amounts will be refunded within 30 days, using the same payment method as the initial purchase, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to analyze, treat and approve each case of product returnment according to its specific characteristics.

(RO) Returnările trebuie efectuate în cel mult 14 zile de la primirea produselor. Acestea se vor realiza prin curier la adresa galeriei: Calea Griviței 101, București. Costul returnării articolului este achitat de cumpărător. Articolele achiziționate trebuie returnate în ambalajul original cu etichetele originale. Mărfurile care poartă urme de uzură, care au fost folosite, uzate sau deteriorate nu vor fi permise pentru returnare. Prin urmare, produsele trebuie returnate în starea originală și în ambalajul original, nedeteriorat. Sumele vor fi rambursate în termen de 30 de zile, folosind aceeași metodă de plată ca și achiziția inițială, dacă nu se specifică altfel. Ne rezervăm dreptul de a analiza, trata și aproba fiecare caz de returnare a produsului în funcție de caracteristicile sale specifice.
